This week I am so excited to share a brand that I have recently fallen in love with, Huaora.

When Huaora asked me to create some new recipes with their products, I was immediately inspired by their amazing selection and I am so excited to share them with you!
This recipe combines some seriously powerful brain-boosting ingredients, to improve concentration, mood and focus.
Blackberries: improve brain health and help prevent memory loss.
Avocados: help promote blood flow, which is beneficial for the brain.
Makes 2 smoothie bowls.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 medium banana
- 1 small avocado
- 3 ice cubes
- 1.5 cups plant based milk (almond, cashew or coconut are great in smoothies)
- 2 tablespoons Huaora Brainpower mix
- Toppings of your choice, I chose flax seed, coconut and frozen blackberries.
Instructions:
- Add banana, blackberries, avocado and ice cubes to the blender.
- Add milk and Huaora Brainpower.
- Blend on high.
- Pour into bowl, place on toppings and enjoy!
These muesli balls are packed with protein and good fats for a quick energy boost any time.
They take just minutes to prepare and can chill in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
Makes 12 large balls or 24 small balls.
Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups of sugar-free muesli
- 1/4 cup of your favourite nut butter
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 4 tablespoons of Huaora Strength mix
Instructions:
- Add muesli and Huaora Strength to a mixing bowl.
- Add in nut butter, coconut oil and honey.
- Mix until fully combined.
- With hands, roll into either 12 large or 24 small balls and enjoy!
